Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader and people manager for a group of advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Oversee APP performance, engagement, and clinical quality
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure clinical accuracy and support training
• Partner with the market VP/General Manager on workflows and quality improvement
• Conduct clinical supervision, including chart reviews and feedback sessions
• Provide a small volume of direct patient care via telehealth and in-home visits
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows and care delivery processes

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant License in Louisiana
• National board certification (FNP, PNP, or similar)
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to apply
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (5+ preferred)
• At least 1 year of formal or informal leadership experience
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in family medicine, primary care, or home-based care
• Experience in a value-based or population health model
• Passion for serving underserved communities and Medicaid families
