Responsibilities
- Unify the Account Management Lifecycle by leading a specialized pod of 5–6 direct reports
- Drive Professional Supply Performance for WAV and Livery categories to meet district demand
- Manage and coach a team of individual contributors, focusing on career growth and performance
- Standardize Operational Blueprints by enforcing strict documentation standards and SOPs
- Manage high-complexity strategic partnerships as a player-coach
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex negotiations or service-level gaps
- Optimize the handshake between supply acquisition and operational capacity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing professional teams
- Proven track record of developing and promoting mid-level individual contributors
- Strong systems-thinking skills with a focus on documentation and playbooking
- Tech-fluency in AI and automation tools to accelerate productivity
- Ability to manage complex negotiations and operational challenges
- Data-driven approach to identifying supply gaps and forecasting needs
- Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder presence
