PMV Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the PMV asset register, equipment database, and documentation records
• Track equipment allocation, mobilization, demobilization, and transfers between project sites
• Maintain records for plant inspections, maintenance schedules, service history, and equipment certifications
• Monitor daily equipment timesheets for all plant, machinery, generators, and vehicles
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PMV reports regarding equipment status, utilization, and fuel consumption
• Maintain diesel and fuel consumption records and support fuel reconciliation activities
• Process equipment requests, rental documentation, and supplier/subcontractor records
• Coordinate with project teams, workshops, procurement, and finance departments
• Monitor validity of equipment documents, registrations, permits, and third-party inspection certificates
• Support PMV cost tracking, invoice verification, and data entry into ERP systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of PMV administration experience within the UAE construction industry
• Proven experience working with construction plants and equipment records
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience using ERP systems or equipment management software
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
