PMO & Value Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Support large programme delivery through robust PMO governance, reporting, and control
• Lead the Portfolio & Value Management function, owning portfolio-level processes, tooling, and reporting
• Ensure investment value is defined, measured, and realised in alignment with approved business cases and OKRs
• Line manage a small team of two, overseeing general PMO management and portfolio financials
• Manage portfolio-level financials, including cost and benefits management

Requirements

• Significant experience in PMO management and PMO line management
• Proven track record of providing hands-on PMO support for large-scale programmes
• Extensive experience managing portfolio financials
• Expertise in cost and benefits management
