PMO & Value Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide strong PMO governance, reporting, and control to support large-scale delivery programmes
• Lead the Portfolio & Value Management function, owning portfolio-level processes, tooling, and reporting
• Ensure investment value is defined, measured, and realised in alignment with approved business cases and OKRs
• Line manage a small team of two, overseeing general PMO management and portfolio financials
• Manage portfolio financials, including cost and benefits management

Requirements

• Significant experience in PMO management and PMO line management
• Proven track record of providing hands-on PMO support for large-scale projects or programmes
• Experience managing portfolio financials, including cost and benefits tracking
• Experience working with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to measure business value
