About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide programme/PMO support to Programme Leaders, Directors, and Managers
- Embed and maintain the framework for programme management and control
- Establish and oversee processes for managing programme stakeholders
- Implement and maintain logs, registers, reporting mechanisms, and data quality standards
- Execute secretariat duties including action tracking and administration
- Facilitate processes to manage and report on financial aspects of the programme
- Define and integrate safeguards to manage health and safety risks
Requirements
- Programme management accreditation or familiarity with methodologies
- Proven track record in fast-paced, high-performing environments
- Experience in maintaining programme logs, reporting, and data quality management
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of portfolio/programme management within real estate
- Ability to work within relevant portfolio/programme management systems
- Awareness of procurement methods and forms of contract
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
