PMO Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide the delivery of small to medium customer projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage project financials, including profit and loss (P&L), and provide dependable financial forecasts to management.
• Support business development by identifying and qualifying new opportunities within current projects.
• Nurture client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery and escalations.
• Lead project teams of up to 7 individuals, overseeing both internal and external resources.
• Partner with engineering, product, and research teams to optimize performance and identify new delivery opportunities.
• Develop written reports, research findings, and data analysis to support decision-making and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of professional work experience, preferably in project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience managing project financials and P&L.
• Proficiency in project planning, scoping, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within HP Services business units or on HP global projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong skills in Change Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
