PMO Lead

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the BSD Project Manager team, including performance reviews and professional development
• Own and enforce the end-to-end PMO governance model, including stage gates and escalation paths
• Maintain and optimize the PMO framework, including project lifecycles, templates, and playbooks
• Own portfolio reporting cadence, providing weekly health reviews and monthly performance packs to executives
• Ensure project baseline discipline for scope, schedule, and budget before execution
• Standardize RAID governance and manage cross-project dependencies and risks
• Chair the Change Control Board to assess impact and approve scope changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 7+ years in PMO leadership, portfolio governance, or project controls
• Minimum 3 years of direct line management experience of Project Managers
• Proven track record of building or improving PMO frameworks
• Experience governing a portfolio of 8+ concurrent complex implementations
• Strong background in portfolio analytics, KPIs, and RAID analytics
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a RACI-governed model

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or MoP certification
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe
• Prior experience in a Centre of Excellence or PMO transformation role
