PMO Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational project monitoring (planning, costs, quality, deadlines)
• Update and manage performance indicators (KPI)
• Participate in the construction and monitoring of project schedules
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose associated action plans
• Prepare and lead steering meetings (project committees, performance reviews)
• Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
• Coordinate various stakeholders (technical teams, support functions, management)

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (project management, generalist, aeronautics, etc.)
• Initial experience in project management / PMO preferred (internships or apprenticeships accepted)
• Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of industrial environments, ideally aeronautics
• Professional English proficiency
• Rigor, organization, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
