PMO Director

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function, defining strategy, structure, and processes
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools
• Collaborate with senior executives to align project objectives with strategic goals
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of project managers
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure
• Establish project governance structures and steering committees
• Implement project risk management practices and mitigation plans
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting
• Integrate industry trends and telecommunications best practices into PMO processes

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management roles on complex projects
• Proficiency in Project Management Software
• Strong Business Analysis discipline
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management
