PMO Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful implementation of the WMIS PMO strategy, services, and deliverables.
• Support all budget activities, including follow-up, coordination, and capacity management to ensure 100% allocation.
• Assist Domain and Division heads with PMO activities, budget forecasting, and yearly planning exercises.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for data gathering, prepare dashboard base structures, and update resource phasing.
• Prepare regular status reporting, dashboards, and analytical reports to meet management needs.
• Oversee project costs in collaboration with Division Heads and Project Managers to ensure financial management.
• Mentor and train project managers on WMIS governance, reporting structures, risk/issue updating, and budgeting.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience as a PMO or Project Manager within the banking industry.
• Proven expertise in project and team budgeting processes and resource/capacity planning.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong data management skills, including data acquisition, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• Professional English communication skills (C2 proficiency) with the ability to interact with senior management.
• High attention to detail and the capacity to deliver high-quality reporting within short timeframes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in BI tools, VBA-Macros, or an intermediate level in Power BI.
• Agile Scrum Master certification.
