PMO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the timesheet submission process using Replicon to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support project onboarding by configuring project structures, tasks, billing rates, and allocations
• Conduct regular project financial reconciliations, comparing actual time logged against project budgets
• Maintain and update RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status reports to track project performance and health
• Manage a repository of contractual documents, including SOW, MSA, and Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure signed contracts are obtained before project execution
• Follow up with Project Managers to ensure regular updates to project forecasts and resource utilization
• Perform system administration in Replicon, including user creation, role assignment, and deactivation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or operations support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with timesheet management tools such as Replicon or similar systems
• Strong understanding of financial tracking, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience managing project documentation such as SOW, MSA, and POs
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or Float

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within IT services, consulting, or technology-driven environments
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and PMO governance frameworks
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
