PMO and Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Advance strategic initiatives within Corning Glass Innovations (CGI) to ensure alignment with core business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional programs to resolve critical operational issues, establishing project scope, plans, and rigorous execution tracking.
• Collaborate with technology communities and business units to evaluate market prospects and devise strategies for technology commercialization.
• Develop data-driven go-to-market, business model, and investment strategies to solve complex business challenges.
• Partner with corporate finance and technology teams to identify and prioritize incremental growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, product lifecycle management (PLM), or new business development within B2B technology industries.
• Proven experience working at leading consulting firms or multinational corporations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business issues.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior management.
• Proven leadership in managing projects and people across different functions and geographic regions.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and navigate technological subject matter.
