PMO Analyst

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for the management and delivery of core PMO services
• Execute and deliver core PMO services consistently to the highest standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Change, Group Technology Services, and the wider Business
• Embed and evolve the Change Delivery Framework, governance, control, and risk management models
• Review and refresh key Change portfolio artefacts, tools, and knowledge repositories

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or Coordinator
• Technical proficiency with portfolio management and collaboration tools
• Expertise in Microsoft suite (Azure DevOps, SharePoint, M365, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, "test and learn" environment
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences
