PMO Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather project information based on current status and progress.
• Capture and update assigned project data within the technological platform according to the advancement plan.
• Validate information accuracy with key users to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor and update project statuses within the platform.
• Analyze information to identify potential risks and opportunities for project success.
• Provide technical support to users regarding the use of project management tools.

Requirements

• Knowledge of project management based on PMI® methodology.
• Understanding of continuous improvement and operational process structures.
• Strong data analysis and information gathering skills.
• Proficiency in using technological tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in teamwork and data management.
