About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead assessment of client environments to discover and deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions
  • Manage interface and transition from legacy systems, including solution archiving
  • Conduct user training and manage organizational change during implementation
  • Produce design documents, technical specifications, and governance documents
  • Identify and promote opportunities for process improvement
  • Translate client data and digital strategy into actionable performance improvement plans
  • Develop small-scale applications for client or internal use

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer/Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, software development, or IT
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proven background in digital transformation and consultancy projects
  • Experience in Data and Digital roles such as Data Analyst, Digital Architect, or System Developer
  • Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction industry lifecycles
