About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead assessment of client environments to discover and deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions
- Manage interface and transition from legacy systems, including solution archiving
- Conduct user training and manage organizational change during implementation
- Produce design documents, technical specifications, and governance documents
- Identify and promote opportunities for process improvement
- Translate client data and digital strategy into actionable performance improvement plans
- Develop small-scale applications for client or internal use
Requirements
- Degree in Computer/Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, software development, or IT
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven background in digital transformation and consultancy projects
- Experience in Data and Digital roles such as Data Analyst, Digital Architect, or System Developer
- Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction industry lifecycles
