PMIS Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to meet client and project requirements
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops and information-gathering sessions with stakeholders to engineer business solutions
• Ensure PMIS alignment with Project Management Plans (PMPs) and highlight deviations to leadership
• Guide technical specialists in addressing system integration scenarios between PMIS and ERP or other specialist platforms
• Design and implement dashboards and reports using Power BI, utilizing data models from SSRS or SQL databases
• Prepare functional documentation including requirement documents, UAT scripts, and user guides for training programs
• Manage implementation baseline schedules and produce weekly progress reports for the program management team
• Enforce company implementation methodologies and manage stakeholder relations with clients and program leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Application, or a relevant Engineering field
• 5-7 years of experience in IT implementation projects, specifically focusing on PMIS design, adoption, and rollout
• Proven proficiency in implementing and administering PMIS solutions such as PMWeb or Unifier
• Experience with advanced query-based reporting using SSRS (for PMWeb) or SQL reporting (for Unifier)
• Ability to use Microsoft Power BI, including experience with DAX and SQL queries for report writing
• Strong knowledge of project management and construction management environments
• Professional-level written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to write DAX and SQL queries for advanced data analysis
• Awareness of REST APIs and integration programs using Java or .NET
• Arabic language proficiency
