PMIS Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of PMIS across multiple projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Coordinate with project teams to define requirements, configure systems, and ensure integration with existing processes
• Perform regular data analysis and report generation to inform progress tracking and performance measurement
• Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to promote user engagement with PMIS tools
• Evaluate and recommend system enhancements based on feedback and changing project needs
• Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and security according to company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with IT departments for system integration and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with external PMIS vendors to ensure service agreements are fulfilled

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management information systems
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of PMIS tools including Oracle Unifier, Oracle P6, and Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated experience in project data analysis and reporting
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with data security standards and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Oracle-related certifications (e.g., Oracle Unifier, Oracle P6)
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
