About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Project Management Building (PMB), streamlining people, information, and logistics
- Act as the primary interface for non-technical site communications, including client relations and public relations
- Oversee PMB facility management, ensuring compliance with Danish Building Code and safety standards
- Manage site logistics, including delivery schedules and maintenance coordination
- Own the onboarding and site induction process for contractors, including credential verification and safety training
- Maintain digital audit trails for site access and compliance
- Monitor site welfare facilities and report on headcount and safety metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in English and strong working knowledge of Danish
- Familiarity with Danish safety coordinator (Arbejdsmiljøkoordinator) roles
- Proficiency in BIM 360, Procore, or similar construction management platforms
- Knowledge of Danish workplace assessment (APV) requirements
