About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food items for the Student Dining hall, catering services, and concession events
- Work as part of a culinary team to ensure food meets university standards
- Operate specific grill positions based on the daily menu mix
- Maintain a consistent second-shift schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Work every other weekend as required
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience in a large-volume food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
