About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food items for the Student Dining hall, catering services, and concession events
- Work second shift hours from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including every other weekend
- Collaborate with team members to ensure food is prepared to university standards
- Operate specific grill positions as required by the menu mix
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience in a large-volume food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
