PM Allocator

Responsibilities

• Manage transport allocations, route planning, and metropolitan delivery dispatching
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide clear instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance
• Keep customers informed regarding scheduled deliveries or potential changes
• Commit to and participate in Safety Standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements at all times

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Strong geographical knowledge of Victoria metropolitan and surrounding areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining organized
• Experience in transport load planning or fleet allocation is highly regarded but not essential
