Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems and related equipment
• Execute welding, pipe installation, aluminum and metal repairs, painting, and sanding
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition
• Report failures to the immediate supervisor
• Maintain accurate service order records and maintenance logs
• Perform general facility maintenance tasks including door repairs

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience using maintenance tools
• Knowledge of oxy-acetylene welding, boilers, pumps, and hydropneumatic systems
• Experience with water treatment plants and compressors
• Proficiency with piping materials such as Plus pipe, copper, PVC, and CPVC
• Secondary education and/or technical vocational training
• Basic computer skills
