Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systems
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
• Provide clear estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of service plumbing experience
• Must live within 30 miles of Mission Hills, CA
• Must own your own hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (max 2 tickets, no DUI)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial plumbing service
