Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service repairs on residential and commercial systems
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas piping systems
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair and replacement options to customers
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a professional manner
• Participate in weekend and on-call service rotations
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience
• Must reside within 30 miles of La Habra, CA
• Must possess own hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 tickets and no DUI convictions)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing commercial plumbing service
