Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Manage time for scheduled daily jobs and communicate status to dispatchers
• Interact with clients to explain tasks and obtain necessary signatures
• Input materials and job notes into Service Titan
• Maintain a clean workspace and company vehicle
• Manage vehicle maintenance, fuel, and inventory of parts and tools
• Adhere to all safety practices and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Basic math and measurement skills
