Plumbing Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support plumbing technicians and Channel Leaders
• Conduct regular crew meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Oversee daily service operations and ensure efficient workflow management
• Monitor active jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Manage company vehicles, equipment, uniforms, and operational resources
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership to manage operational and marketing expenses
• Drive branch profitability and achieve monthly revenue and KPI targets
• Maintain accurate reporting, records, and operational documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Proven experience within the Plumbing Service Industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel between customer homes, branch locations, and corporate offices
• Ability to perform occasional site visits requiring standing, walking, bending, and driving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L statements, budgets, and financial reporting
• Background in high-volume residential service operations
• Experience developing technician training and onboarding programs
