Plumbing Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support plumbing technicians and Channel Leaders through regular coaching and performance reviews
• Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion
• Drive branch profitability by achieving monthly revenue and KPI targets
• Manage company vehicles, equipment, uniforms, and operational resources
• Monitor active jobs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proper documentation
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership to manage operational expenses and review financial reports
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Proven experience within the Plumbing Service Industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel between customer homes, branch locations, and corporate offices as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L statements, budgets, and financial reporting
• Background in high-volume residential service operations
• Experience developing technician training and onboarding programs
