Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing projects including installation and replacement of water heaters, piping, drainage, gas, and sewage systems
• Manage daily job schedules and time management
• Communicate clearly with clients at the start and end of each job
• Sell additional system components and manage change orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and company vehicle
• Mentor apprentices and share knowledge with coworkers
• Adhere to all safety practices and OSHA requirements
• Maintain vehicle inventory, tools, and supplies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Proficiency in English for communication and safety
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
• Basic math and measurement skills

• Pay Range $70,000-$150,000
