Plumbing Inside Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and follow up on warm opportunities from marketing and field techs
• Consult with homeowners, present solutions, and build value around service options and memberships
• Prepare estimates, overcome objections, and close sales with integrity
• Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Track activity and results in CRM and hit daily/weekly KPIs

Requirements

• Proven in-home sales experience
• 2+ years of industry experience in Plumbing
• Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• CRM proficiency and clear communication skills
