Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects
• Handle underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish work
• Read and work from blueprints and spec sheets
• Oversee crew and manage project start to finish successfully
• Help train and mentor apprentices and pre-apprentices
• Keep jobs moving safely, efficiently, and up to code
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Exemplify and promote company culture and safety requirements

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumber License required
• Experience leading commercial new construction projects
• Experience leading crews
• Ability to read prints and lay out work
• Leadership mindset to teach and guide younger plumbers
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift above 50lbs regularly
• Physical stamina for walking, lifting, twisting, and climbing ladders
