About the role
Responsibilities
- Listen to customer needs and create customized plumbing solutions
- Create accurate and complete proposals for fulfillment and service teams
- Establish rapport and build long-term relationships with customers
- Learn and adhere to city requirements, permits, and regulations
- Partner with service and customer experience teams to ensure project success
- Maintain detailed job notes in customer accounts
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatchers regarding job status
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and company vehicle
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, products, and services preferred
- Previous residential sales experience strongly desired
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more
- Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces or varying weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
