Plumbing Estimator

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs and create customized plumbing solutions
• Create accurate and complete proposals for fulfillment and service teams
• Establish rapport and build long-term relationships with customers
• Learn and adhere to city requirements, permits, and regulations
• Partner with service and customer experience teams to ensure success
• Maintain detailed job notes in customer accounts
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatchers regarding job status
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and company vehicle
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales
• Familiarity with plumbing systems, products, and services preferred
• Previous residential sales experience strongly desired
• Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces
• Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more
• Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions
