Plumbing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on plumbing systems and building fabric
• Install new plant and equipment, diagnose faults, and perform necessary repairs
• Complete all required documentation, job packs, and reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Work safely in accordance with work instructions, safe working practices, and method statements
• Maintain plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas to a high standard of cleanliness

Requirements

• Strong background in mechanical maintenance with specific plumbing expertise
• Experience in both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
• Proficiency in fabric maintenance and basic electrical maintenance skills
• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferred)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service
