About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of mechanical repairs and installations of heating and plumbing systems
- Conduct related maintenance activities
- Respond to 24-hour rotating pager duty
- Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, including potential weekends and overtime
Requirements
- Journeyman’s Plumber License required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of vocational or trades training
- Valid state of Maine Class C driver’s license
- 4-7 years of experience in heating and plumbing systems maintenance, repair, and installation
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's plumber license
- Licensed Gas/Oil technician
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems
- 7 or more years of relevant experience
