Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out central heating works including installation and servicing
• Diagnose faults and resolve heating and plumbing related problems to a high standard
• Deliver works from initial job report to completion while meeting customer needs
• Comply with all current legislation and safety standards
• Participate in an on-call rota once every six weeks

Requirements

• Gas Safe registration
• ACS accreditation
• Essential qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, and HTR1
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full driving licence
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Social Housing or a similar environment
• Commercial Gas qualifications
• OFTEC, HETAS, or Air Source heat pump experience
• Geographical knowledge of the Dorset and South Somerset area
• Proficiency using mobile iPad devices
