About the role
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Install various types of plumbing pipe including Copper, PVC, Pex, Steel, Cast Iron, Solder, Brazed, Threaded, ProPress, and Victaulic
- Perform high quality work while maintaining rigorous construction schedules
- Modify lengths of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment to facilitate industry leading safety practices
- Work collaboratively on a team and independently as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work/field experience in the commercial plumbing industry
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing piping systems including above ground, domestic, sanitary, and underground systems
- Must be a Baltimore resident
- Ability to work on ladders, stand, reach, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Punctual and dependable work habits
- Strong work ethic
