Plumber/Pipefitter Master

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex plumbing and piping systems using plans and specifications
• Troubleshoot and maintain steam, gas, water, storm drains, sanitary sewers, and compressed gases
• Manage and inspect equipment including boilers, water heaters, fan coils, and fire sprinklers
• Oversee large-scale projects and perform administrative duties such as purchasing materials and preparing time reports in the absence of a supervisor
• Coordinate with contractors on deferred maintenance and emergency repair projects to ensure safety and minimal utility outages
• Perform auxiliary tasks including insulation, welding, carpentry, and painting as required

Requirements

• Three years of experience or training in pipefitting, steam fitting, or plumbing
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to work overtime and remain on-call for emergency situations
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug screen
