Plumber

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all plumbing works as part of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Installing garden taps, radiators, and changing stopcocks
• Performing first and second fix plumbing for showers
• Replacing bathtubs, WCs, sinks, shower trays, and waste pumps
• Making good and testing all installations to ensure compliance and quality
• Working in occupied social housing properties while maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Managing daily workloads and communicating with site teams and tenants
• Identifying and reporting defects or additional works required

Requirements

• CSCS card
• Experience in domestic or social housing
• NVQ Level 2 preferred
• Basic H&S certifications (e.g., asbestos awareness)
• Right to work in the UK
• Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (van preferred)
• Good conversational English
