Plumber

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing works for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Install garden taps, radiators, and stopcocks
• Perform first and second fix plumbing for showers
• Replace bathtubs, WCs, sinks, shower trays, and waste pumps
• Test all installations to ensure compliance and quality
• Work in occupied social housing properties maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Manage daily workloads and communicate with site teams and tenants
• Identify and report defects or additional required works

Requirements

• CSCS card
• Experience in domestic or social housing
• NVQ Level 2 preferred
• Basic H&S certifications (e.g., asbestos awareness)
• Right to work in the UK
• Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Good conversational English
