Plumber Multi-Trader

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and renovation work in residential properties
• Perform various construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, and painting
• Assess problems and find practical solutions across different trades
• Communicate directly with clients to understand needs and provide satisfactory solutions

Requirements

• Proven track record in construction or building maintenance
• Diverse skill set across multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.)
• UK driving license
• Possession of own tools
• Ability to pass a DBS check
