Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in multi-family and residential properties
• Diagnose plumbing issues and communicate findings and solutions to customers
• Dispatch to job sites, prepare estimates, complete work orders, and collect payments
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs using mobile applications
• Ensure proper maintenance of company-issued vehicle and equipment
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service and repair plumber
• Strong drain cleaning and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation, including night shifts
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Clean criminal background check
• Strong communication and documentation skills
