Plumber

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer requests for maintenance assistance and attend to breakdowns or urgent repairs.
• Complete monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across two education campuses.
• Maintain bore and sewer pumps, ensuring reliable operation and timely fault response.
• Clear blocked drains, maintain irrigation systems, and support water-efficient site operations.
• Service and repair taps, fixtures, hot water units, and associated plumbing infrastructure.
• Travel regularly between both campuses throughout the week.

Requirements

• Trade qualification in Plumbing and a current Gas Fitting licence.
• Experience in Facilities Services, including maintenance within a corporate or educational environment.
• Current driver’s licence and the ability to travel between sites regularly.
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain them).
• Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
