Plumber

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, repair and replace piping, fittings and plumbing fixtures
• Maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, heating water systems, and drainage systems
• Install hot water tanks, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, showers, laundry tubs, kitchen sinks and faucets
• Repair or replace main shut off valves and outside taps
• Auger all drain types including operation of drain cameras and location services
• Repair and replace all piping including stack vents
• Perform general plumbing maintenance tasks
• Ensure all jobs are completed according to contract specifications
• Maintain required logs including timesheets, mileage, invoices, and safety logs

Requirements

• Valid plumber license
• Clean driving abstract
• Clear criminal record check
• Ability to participate in educational programs and in-service training
