Plumber

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites to perform preventative maintenance or diagnose, troubleshoot, and action repair requests
• Work with centralized dispatch to complete tasks efficiently and manage parts availability
• Provide recommendations to the Operations Manager regarding asset refurbishment and recurring problems
• Log and complete all work requests through mobile application software
• Maintain truck stock inventory, tools catalogue, and truck servicing schedule

Requirements

• Licensed 306A technician with minimum 3 years in a service environment
• Gas Fitter B ticket required
• Ability to obtain Federal and Local security clearance
• Must live locally
• Experience working across various building types and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• OWWA/Backflow certification
• Gas Fitter A ticket
