- Perform plumbing services and maintenance across various building types and assets
- Interact professionally with site managers and clients
- Take ownership of assigned jobs and ensure high-quality craftmanship
Requirements
- Licensed 306A technician
- Minimum 3 years in a service environment
- Gas Fitter B ticket
- Ability to obtain Federal and Local security clearance
- Must live locally
Preferred Qualifications
- OWWA/Backflow certification
- Gas Fitter A ticket
- Experience with diverse building assets and equipment
