Plumber B

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of water, waste, and natural gas distribution systems using various hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot and analyze plumbing problems, including clearing debris, changing bathroom fixtures, and installing new piping in copper, black pipe, or PVC.
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of swimming pools and fountains, including chemical balancing and valve adjustment.
• Support senior plumbers on complex tasks such as backflow prevention and gas meter connections.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, manage work orders, and track labor, materials, and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Plumbing trade certificate(s) of training.
• Four years of experience in the plumbing trades.
• Extensive experience servicing interior and exterior drains (clay, plastic, and cast iron) and freezing pipes (3/8"-3").
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and size/estimate plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
