Plumber

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, and equipment across guest rooms, kitchens, and staff areas
• Execute preventive maintenance work on all plumbing lines and fixtures according to the annual schedule
• Respond promptly to maintenance orders and service requests to diagnose and implement effective solutions
• Conduct daily property inspections to identify plumbing defects and take immediate corrective action
• Monitor and record water and gas consumption readings to support facility optimization
• Collaborate with the maintenance team, including mechanics and technicians, to support overall facility operations
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Valid plumbing license and certification recognized in the United Arab Emirates
• Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong technical knowledge of modern plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, and water supply systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, resort, or commercial property maintenance
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and water treatment systems
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Additional certifications in gas fitting or advanced plumbing specializations
