Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen equipment and premises including the dishwashing area, kitchen, waste area, and loading dock
• Set up and restore these areas during opening and closing of the establishment
• Manage waste disposal and ensure proper use of equipment
• Guarantee strict adherence to hygiene and safety rules

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Highly organized and capable of managing workload
• Dynamic and convivial personality
• Fast-paced working style to prevent accumulation of dishes
• Knowledge of hygiene rules and cleaning products is a plus
