PLM Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own operational health, availability, administration, and application configuration for Zipline’s Siemens PLM and CAD ecosystem
• Monitor application health, triage production issues, and coordinate recovery
• Coordinate directly with Siemens and development partners to resolve issues
• Investigate recurring incidents through root-cause analysis and deliver preventative fixes
• Administer user provisioning, role changes, license allocation, and access reviews
• Maintain development, test, and production environments
• Coordinate maintenance, patches, and upgrades with infrastructure, security, and vendors
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operating procedures

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise engineering applications in manufacturing or product-development environments
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts, CAD/CAE workflows, and engineering toolchains
• Hands-on experience administering Teamcenter and NX or comparable engineering applications
• Working knowledge of cloud-based environment management and enterprise identity-management
• Experience using ticketing systems and change-management processes
• Ability to prioritize concurrent engineering support needs
• Comfort participating in on-call or critical-issue response
